Our World Revolved Around God

Family is one of the most precious things we can have. One of the best things we can do with family is make memories and lots of them!

Growing up with family was everything. My mother and her siblings always have lived nearby, when we were younger we lived in duplex apartments across from each other which only gave them more reason to make memories.

We were about 13 cousins around the same age you can only imagine all the fun we had together and all the headaches we gave the adults. On the weekends we would form our own baseball team while our aunts watched us play, keep score, and also cheer us on. On our birthdays they’d either bake us cake or buy a small cake from the grocery store and celebrate with just that.

Christmas was always fun, we did not receive presents every year but the fact that we were able to gather, have a nice dinner together and enjoy with the family was enough!

Today, we’re working on building family traditions that our kids will hold dearly in the future.
