- SAVE: “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3:17
Jesus’s mission on earth was fulfilled when he died on the cross for you and for me. Why did God send his son? To save the WORLD. Yes, God loves us so much he sacrificed his only son so that today we can obtain salvation. This salvation is not only for a group of people or a race or ethnicity, it is for all humanity. Many believe they are not qualified because of life decisions and self guilt but Christ takes it all away. It is not a matter of deserving salvation or not, salvation is for all!
2. MAKE NEW: “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; …Ezekiel 36:26 NIV
See we were born into a sinful world. Many times sin will make others and even ourselves act, think, in sin which many times it’s what’s causes resentment, grudges, hurt and so on. To the point we do not realize our hearts have been hardened the peace you long for is no where to be found in this world, only in Jesus. At this point, we need to be renewed in Jesus, all of our sins are washed away! Begin with believing with your heart that Jesus rose from the dead and confessing with your mouth that He is Lord, the work will begin in you.
3. SET FREE: “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” John 8:36
Being set free is a guarantee in Jesus Christ. If you’re tired of living in bondage, in fear, in complete darkness even when the sun is out, God can set you free! Freedom cost no money, his mercy and grace has done it all. Today is the day to be set free from the past, from the pain, sorrow, regrets, traumas. Today is your call.
If you have some time listen to a song named Redeemed by Big Daddy Weave (yes, that’s the artist name) and let me know what you think?
Blessings!
