Our World Revolved Around God

Romans 12:2 NIV 

2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

We can’t conform, we can’t go with the flow. We need to make stand,we need to be different. In a society that tell us over and over again that we must go with what we feel, that we must do whatever seems right to us. Insistenting  in pushing the narrative that we should fallow our  hearts desire, let ourselves run free. Doesn’t matter who gets hurt, It doesn’t matter the consequences. It is all about our feeling/ emotions. All about us. 

That is the worlds mentality. We are in this world, but we’re not from here. This is a stop on our journey to our heavenly and eternal home.  We cannot be distracted, we  cannot be influence by the worldly deceiving things. We bow  before the idols of this world.

We need to make sure that our minds is renewed and set on God. 

Hebrews 12:2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.

Walking each day being led by the spirit, and not by the flesh  and misleading heart.

Jeremiah 17:9 NIV
The heart is deceitful above all things
   and beyond cure.

The father sent the Holy Spirit so that he may guide us, that he may teach us so that he might be with us every step of the way. 

John 14:26 NIV 
26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

We are living in times where people are being influenced  greatly by moviestars and musicians. Our  children admire and look up to  influencer like TikTokers and Youtubers. 

But we should always ask the Holy Spirit to be our guide .To strengthen us, empower  and renew.  That our children may see the Holy Spirit working in us , through us, and that they also may feel that hunger and thirst for God and his presence for the Holy Spirit to move in their lives, and that they may not be influenced by the things of this world.
