To Start Your Week

James 4: 7-8
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

As we start this week remember that
God wants us near. He is there with open arms. The almighty is available to all his children. Many want him to do it all, but his word is clear submit to him, be separated from the carnal things and draw near to him.   We need to choose God above all else. He sent his son to pay our ransom, to take our place. There is no excuse, he made the way! Now we have to  draw near to me and I will draw near to us.

Jeremiah 29:13
New International Version
13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart
.

He is not hiding from us. We will find him, we will see his glory when we are looking for him with our complete heart. Every good father wants to have a good relationship with his children. God is the best father, with the g
reatest love. He knows that the best place for us is near to him, in his presence.

As we draw near the end of First month of the year. Let us keep seeking him above all else. That we may not grow weary,  let us persist! That each day we may walk in
holiness. That we may keep growing spiritual each day.

Matthew 6:33
New International Version
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
