Giving Thanks

On this weeks’ reflection for me it’s been about giving back to my creator.

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.“ 1Thessalonians 5:18

A great part of the Christian life is living in surrender to the Almighty God. It is almost a discipline we should have to give thanks in everything.

From my point of view giving thanks in everything reminds me on a daily basis that I am here and all things achieved by the grace of God. I understand that my hard work pays off because He gives us the ability; we were created in His image and likeness. “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” Genesis 1:27

Remind yourself today to give thanks every step of the way, it glorifies God and also keeps you in a positive mindset. Today I ask the Lord to help us be greatful and live with an honest and pure heart before him. To live our daily life pushing to be more like Him. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
