John 14:27 KJV
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

True Peace is a power thing. More than ever we need peace it  our life. The enemy wants us to be troubled and anxious for the news headlines. Enemy wants us to be troubled by the trail we face each day. But the peace that comes from God is to be there in every moment.

Galatians 5:22-23 KJV
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law

This peace is not based on our emotions. It is not based on if we had a good day or a bad day. The peace we carry comes directly from God, it is a fruit of the spirit. It doesn’t matter what I face, I know my heavenly father is present. I know he is in control.
I have the assurance and conviction that he is on my side. I am his child and I love him. God is  going to work it all out for good.

Romans 8:28
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

If you don’t have peaceful ,if you’re going through trouble times and you can’t sleep.
Call out to him ask him to give you peace
If You’re not able to eat, you feel a burden on your soul. Ask him to fill you up with the fruit of his spirit, ask him for his overflow And he will answered.
