God is there! He is on your side!
You don’t have to face whatever comes your way alone. He will never leave you or forsake you

Deuteronomy 31:8
And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

Life is scary sometimes. We face tough situations. Things we thought would never happen to us. Mistakes are made and sometimes that brings life-changing consequences. But there is one that is unchanging in the midst of the ups and downs. God is our fortress.

Psalm 18:2 KJV The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

He is your strength. Rely on him, surrender to him. Give him complete control over your life and you will see him do amazing things.

When we see the news, when we see the state of the world, we realize how things are truly going from bad to worse.

But we shouldn’t be fair. God is in control. He hits up high and he is attentive to his holy people. Do not be discouraged by the trials in your life and by what we are seeing around us, let’s put our eyes on Christ. He is our strength. He is our shield. One day all of this will pass and we will be with him for eternity. There will be no more sorrow, more pain. There will be no more bad news.
