Spiritual Season: Growth

“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.” 2 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭18‬
‭‭ ‭‬‬

We find ourselves going through life. Taking every waking breathe day by day. With that, comes different seasons. Every stage in our lives is to teach us, to make us better.

To Grow Means To Move!

When we find ourselves too comfortable, it’s time for some movement. The verse above gives us direction; “But grow…” this is key in our path. There’s so many moving components in our lives as husbands, wifes, parents but one thing we cannot set aside is our spiritual growth. How do I keep growing? There’s always a little more we can do when we’re seeking the Lord. A little more prayer, a little more fasting, a little more prayer. Even that little can add so much. The more we seek him the more we find him.

“for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭8

No To Stagnation

We’d like to pray over ourselves today. And declare any of us in a season of stagnation; it is time to grow! Lord we ask you for our next steps, let us be guided by your Spirit in this season. Every spirit of procrastination, every spirit of laziness that wants to keep us in the wrong season be moved from our lives in Jesus’ name!

This week, we declare movement in our lives. May the Lord’s word continue to be revealed to us, make our spiritual eyes open to where we need to go. We declare growth over our lives, strength from above this week! We will see God’s favor over our lives. That the fruits of our lips only be of praise, worship to the Almighty and of favorable words. Amen.

Blessings!
