John 14:15: “If you love me, obey my commandments

Many saw they love God. Many saw they are Christian. It is not enough to just say these words. If we truly love him, we have to obey if we truly want to be his disciples. We have to follow his commandment. Many times it is not something we want to do, he will ask us to do things that are uncomfortable. But we need to trust him and step out in faith. With a firm understanding that he’s a good father and he will not lead his children astray.

Matthew 16:24 says, “If anyone wants to be my disciple, must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

We need to die to our self. It is the only way we will be able to walk in obedience. It may seem impossible sometimes, but his Holy Spirit is there to help us. His holy spirt is there to empower and guide us. We are not a lone.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him
