4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalms 100: 4-5.
Starting this morning, this week let’s make it about gratitude. There are innumerable reasons to be grateful, enough for each day. We’ve all heard the saying “when I think about the goodness of God…” this is such a true statement, not only can we be grateful for the things he has done but mainly because of who He is. No matter how things go, no matter the outcome on any situation, God is still God.
Yesterday’s sermon was about our cornerstone, about building our foundation upon the rock the unmovable God!. How can I not be grateful for stability, strength, faithfulness, dependability. He is the one we can depend on and KNOW that he won’t fail.
The verse above says His faithfulness continues through all generations. Oh how good it is to know that the Lord me and my house serve will not only be good to me but also to them, and their children and the children of their children. Let this be a reminder to be grateful, whatever your reason may be, no matter what season you find yourself in; let’s be grateful.
