Our World Revolved Around God

Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJV

22 Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,Because His compassions fail not.23 They are new every morning;

Great is Your faithfulness.

His love and faithfulness for us is great.  Even when we fail, he keeps being faithful.

This is not an excuses to walk in disobedience. We may come to think that because his mercy are new each day , that because he has loved us before we came to be that this is a pass to live in sin. To constantly and deliberately walk in ungodliness.

James 4:17 NKJV

 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.

He is merciful, but he is a jealous God. A God that is describe as consuming fire.

Hebrews 12:28-29 NKJV

28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we [a]may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire

We should be living a life that is pleasing to him. A life full of reverence, surrender, and godly fear. He knows our hearts, he knows our thoughts. He can’t be fooled, he can’t be tricked or mocked. We a wasting our time if we actually think we are fooling the omniscient God.

We can’t hind from him. Why would we want to?  He wants to guide us to an eternal life with him and while here on earth he wants to leads us our everyday.

Psalm 139:8-10

8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. 9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, 10 even there your hand will guide me your right hand will hold me fast.

He has been so good and merciful to us. He has been with us each day of our lives in the good times and in the bad times.

Psalm 116:12-13Amplified Bible

12 What will I give to the Lord [in return] For all His benefits toward me? [How can I repay Him for His precious blessings?]

Let’s choose to walk in holiness because he loved us first..
