Psalm 51:17
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

We all have made mistakes. All have messed up in such away that we may believe that it’s easier to run away and hide from God than to come before him. We can’t allow shame to keep us from God.

Neither could we allow the things that have. been out of our control to keep us down. Sometimes people in our lives have let us down. We have been betrayed, abandoned, abused, etc. Bitterness can’t take over our hearts.

God wants to heal us entirely. Don’t allow your life to consumed by regrets and what if’s.

Psalm 34:18
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
 and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

He will meet us where we are. He will restore; God is able to make beauty out of ashes. We are never too messed up for him.

When we surrender completely to our father all things are possible. He will not reject us. He will not cast us aside.
