We got it like that

Today we come very mindful and precise with the word of God, we remind ourselves that we got it like that! (Jesus). Throughout my walk in Christ i’ve encountered so many people going through different stages in life; but one very unfortunate mindset that i’ve seen is the one of those who do not know where they stand in Christ.

Adding to having the right as His children – with all benefits attached – we have the power of God! When we aren’t aware of who we are in Christ we are easily swayed by emotions, offenses, thoughts and of whom others say we are. One of my favorite worship songs is Who You Say I Am, that speaks about the certainty of who we are.

There comes a time where we get tired of the swaying and we stand firm! the word of God states “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39 when we are convinced we know who’s by our side.

To those who say they are no one, who feel helpless, Christ is the one. We got His joy like that, we have salvation like that, we have freedom like that. A life changing book for me personally is Living Free from the Deadly Trap of Offense . Makes us closer to who we truly are in Christ.

We pray for anyone struggling in their minds today Lord, may they truly get to know who yYou are. May they know there is no uncertainty in You, when we have strong minds we have strong relationships but it all starts with You Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Blessings!
