Our World Revolved Around God

Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

This is so refreshing and comforting. Life can be difficult at times. We may feel like the process is too hard to withstand. We try over and over again to do this our way. We constantly try to rely on our own understanding to make a way for ourselves. 

All we are doing is making things harder for our self. Refusing to turn to him that can make all things possible. Our God is an upright and fair God. He wants us to turn to him.  He is more than able to take on our burden and weary. Why would you not give it up to the way-maker? Why would any of us try to deal with it on our own? We don’t have to. 

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to [a]bear it.

He is our banner. He makes away. He can turn any situation around. Surrender it all to him and you will find true rest in the mist of any situation. 

Psalm 46:10 He says,

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
