On a personal level

Psalm 126:3

The LORD has done great things for us; we are filled with joy.

Another day filled with joy, another day to praise him. He is eternally good. We rejoice in his faithfulness. We rejoice because he loved us first.

Romans 5:

8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

We live because he died for us. He has done numerous things for us. The greatest gift being salvation. You may be facing tough times. Every person on this earth will go through various difficulties in life. But believers do not face it alone. God will never abandon us in our process.

The Bible states in Nehemiah 8:10 “ for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

This is what will help us to remain in God in the darkest of times. That joy that comes from knowing God on a personal level. That joys that comes from knowing that he will see us through any storm and that he is an expert in turning things around for his glory.

Joel2:21

Do not be afraid, O land; rejoice and be glad, for the LORD has done great things.
