Hey you! Yes, you! What’s today looking like? Mmmm… let me tell you what the Lord has been ministering recently: that He will do it again. I KNOW we’ve heard this many times, but here’s what 2 Corinthians 1:10 says: “10 He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us,” peril is immediate danger or threat, which means the Lord delivers us even from what we are unaware of. When something’s immediate, it’s something that catches us by surprise, sometimes even unprepared for. That is our God; He keeps us even from the evil things we can’t anticipate, even from the betrayal around the corner. That’s our God.
He will continue to make a way while we weather the storm. He will continue to be God: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8. When I study the Word and read how the Lord brought Moses and His people through the desert, how He gave wisdom and power to David to beat that Goliath, how He gave courage to Gideon from a young age to end up leading His people into victory, how He breathed life into clay that then became man, how He fed thousands with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread. We are talking about the same God; the miracles, signs, and wonders would not all fit on this blog page; He is the same. He did it before and He will do it again.
We are believing for someone’s household today, that the God of the impossible will work again, will make it happen, will help us go through another day in victory, will help us close out another month in victory, and will help us see a new step. In Jesus’ name! Amen!
Blessings!
