Good Morning Beloved reader!
What a good day to be alive & breathing. We want to take into account what this bible says “…God who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist. [Gen 17:5]” Romans 4:17 AMP
It is critical for us as believers to know who we serve. A long time ago I once heard something along the lines of when we trust God we do not worry or be anxious; if we find ourselves doing so, we aren’t trusting God. It is the intent but we’re not actually trusting.
What we say many, many times it affects us; I was one who used to always say (sometimes still struggling with this) “I’m so broke, I have no money, there is no money” when going through hardship but the Holy Spirit pulled the E-brake on that one. I was able to understand that if I continued speaking these words I would never get out of the funk. I was saying God I trust you but my actions weren’t matching; the God we serve is not one of a fairytale; the Bible verse above states that He gives life to what is dead and calls into being what does not exist. “He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.” Isaiah 40:29 Our God makes something out of nothing!
As children of God today His words remind us of the authority we have. Not that we will have, but what has already been given to us. I do not have yet what I am asking, but I will continue to speak it into existence! The finances will come, the job will come, the door will open. If my father did it, we will too!
I pray that you are blessed this week, that as I have to do, speak the right things into existence, the positive things! May we remember to stop ourselves from saying the negative things, occupy ourselves on the things from above. Be grateful in all of our ways this week. And remember to be of blessing to others! May the Lord help us to not hurt others with our words or actions but that the gifts he has given us use it for His good. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Blessings!
