Devotional: “Finishing the Year Strong”
Scripture: Philippians 1:6
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
As you step into the final month of the year, take a deep breath and recognize this: you are closing a chapter that God has carried you through.
Every high, every low, every prayer whispered, every battle fought—none of it was wasted. God has been molding you, strengthening you, and preparing you for what’s ahead.
December is not just an ending. It is a holy pause, a space to reflect, reset, and realign.
Even if the year didn’t unfold the way you expected…
Even if there were delays, disappointments, or unfinished prayers…
The story isn’t over.
God finishes what He starts.
He doesn’t abandon His work.
He doesn’t forget His promises.
He doesn’t leave you half-built.
In fact, the same God who sustained you for eleven months will carry you through the twelfth with grace, renewal, and fresh strength.
This month, walk with expectation.
Expect restoration.
Expect clarity.
Expect peace.
Expect God to surprise you in ways you didn’t see coming.
Let December be your declaration:
“God is not done with me. Greater things are still ahead.”

🌿 Prayer for the Month
Father, thank You for bringing me to the last month of the year.
Renew my strength, quiet my spirit, and guide my steps.
Help me release what I cannot control and trust You with what’s ahead.
Finish the work You began in me, and let this month be filled with Your presence, peace, and direction.
Amen.
