“Here I Am—Send Me”

Scripture Focus: Isaiah 6:8, Jeremiah 29:11, Matthew 5:16

God has a specific plan for your life.
Not a vague idea. Not an afterthought. Not something reserved for “special” people. God’s plan for you is intentional, good, and designed to impact others.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

Yet so often, we disqualify ourselves.

We say:
“I’m too young.”
“I’m too old.”
“I’m not a pastor, evangelist, or missionary.”

But God has never depended on titles, age, or platforms. He works through willing hearts.

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young.” — 1 Timothy 4:12
“Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He… I will sustain you.” — Isaiah 46:4

God meets you where you are—not where you think you should be. You don’t have to wait for a future calling to begin walking in purpose today.

Right now, He can use you:

  • At your job
  • At the gym
  • At the store
  • In your mom group
  • In everyday conversations

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” — Ephesians 2:10

You do not need a title in the church to be powerful in God’s hands. Your obedience, kindness, faith, and willingness are the tools He uses to touch lives.
At the beginning of the year, we often make many resolutions. Perhaps one of them should be this: to spread the gospel more and allow God to use us to bring someone new into His kingdom.

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

The turning point comes when we stop asking, “Am I qualified?” and instead say, “Lord, I am available.”

“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’” — Isaiah 6:8

Never underestimate what God can do through one person who is fully surrendered to His will. Your obedience today could become someone else’s breakthrough tomorrow.
